Ask about your projectWhen should we involve a commissioning team?
Ideally during design, when the test scope, commissioning plan and acceptance criteria can still influence the project. We can also discuss construction-stage, handover and existing-building requirements.
Can you commission an existing building?
Yes. Retro-commissioning and building tuning focus on how existing systems operate, the issues occupants and operators see, and practical ways to improve performance. The scope is agreed for each building.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send the building type and location, approximate floor area, HVAC systems, project stage and target dates. Drawings, specifications, controls descriptions and the proposed commissioning scope are helpful.
Do you support Code Compliance Certificate documentation?
Commissioning records can support the project documentation required by the building consent authority. The authority determines whether the full requirements for a Code Compliance Certificate have been met.
Do you work outside Auckland?
We are Auckland based. Site visits and project work in other New Zealand regions are considered by arrangement. Tell us the location and programme so we can confirm availability and travel requirements.
Is a calendar booking immediately confirmed?
A calendar submission is a consultation request. We review project requirements, travel and availability, then contact you to confirm. Times are shown in New Zealand local time.
Do prices include GST?
Project pricing is provided in NZD. Each quote will state whether GST is included or excluded, together with scope, assumptions and any agreed travel costs.
