Your information

Privacy, plainly explained.

How information submitted through this website is used.

OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: Confirm this notice matches your hosting, retention practices, mail provider and Firebase configuration before publishing.

Enquiries and consultation requests

Clear Air Solutions collects the contact details, project information and files you choose to submit so we can respond, prepare a quote and arrange project work. Required fields are identified in each form. Please only upload information you are authorised to share.

Project documents and client accounts

Authorised account holders can access documents assigned to their projects. Account and project records are held to support service delivery. Contact us if an account should be removed or access needs to change.

Service providers

The website uses its hosting provider for storage. Enquiry notifications may be sent through the company’s configured email service. The separate employee timesheet application uses Google Firebase. These providers may process information outside New Zealand; the company must confirm its provider arrangements and applicable safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

The main website uses a necessary session cookie to protect forms and manage logins. The supplied marketing pages do not add advertising or analytics tracking. The separate timesheet application uses Firebase services needed for its sign-in and records.

Access, correction and retention

You may ask to access or correct your personal information. We retain information for the purpose it was collected and any applicable legal or contractual obligations. The website owner must set and apply an appropriate retention and deletion schedule for enquiries, uploads, booking records and accounts.

Contact
